I was held a H4 visa for 2 years (Jan 2001 to Jan 2002). Then I worked for my current company by using the TN visa for about 2.5 year (Jan 2002 to Sept 2004), and switched to H-1B visa from Oct. 2004 (will be expired on Sept 2007).

My question is how the 6-year limit of my H-1B be calculated?
1. Should it be calculated as: 2 years H4 + 2 years of H1?
How many years of my H-1B can be renewed / extended in Year 2007?
2. During Jan 2002 to Sept 2004, even I worked as TN but I still have my H4 with my hu*****and’s application (as a dependent of his application). Should this also be added into my H-1B 6-year limit?
3. Based on 1 and 2, could you please just let me know how many years left for my H-1B 6-year limit?

Thanks in advance,
