上个月我交上140/NIW，收到收据，正在等待。刚听说可以上交485，有几个填表的疑问：
1。这一项：
I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status becaues:
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice--or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition flied with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.)
问题：填这项对吗？如是，那么是否只要影印一份我的I-140收据(有 case # 的那封信)就可以了？
2。Nonimmigrant Visa Number
问题：是那个比较长的 Control Number，还是那个红色 8-digit number？我在网上看了一下，好象两者都有人说是，谁知道比较清楚的？如果实在不清楚，我两个都填上去，应该不会有影响吧？
3。A# (if any)
问题：这是什么？我可能没有。
4。Initial Evidence:
问题：这些现在都需要吗？
1) 出生证影印件，护照和VISA的影印件，两张照片
4) 指印？？？到哪里去搞？
5) Police clearances (这是什么？)
6) Medical examination ？
7) G-325A， Biographic Information Sheet
8) Employment Letter，还是只要 Evidence of eligibility (同问题 1。)？
