急问有关交I94卡的问题

我现在是485pending,用EAD上班,有急事要回国一次，准备用AP入境。现请教两个问题，从美国出境时是否要交给航空公司我的I94卡；第二入境时用AP是不是移民局就只在回美证上敲个章而不会再给一个I94卡。
