We ted I-485 application for my family last September after I got approval of I-140 EB1b. At that time my wife worked with EAD card based on her J-2 visa. For safe she ted her H-1B application in May 2006 after I got waiver early this year.
I got green card this August but my wife’s case is still stuck on the name check. Her EAD card based on her J-2 visa is supposed to be expiration in October 2006 and her another EAD card based on the I-485 will be expired in March 2007, but we never used it. She got her H-1b visa this November 2006.
We want to know which one could she use at the moment? Thank you so much.
