I have been working for mid-size company for 1 and half year with H1B , the company suffered a huge loss this year. I just got an offer from a startup company, just registered and a few empolyees, but very bright future. My question is that
1. In my case, it would be better to wait till my H1B transfer get approved ?
2. My current empolyer is very nice to me and I worked very hard and did a great job, my manager definitely will ask me to stay. Would it be Ok if I work for this company from home as part time employee? If it is, Do I have to file amended H1B petition along with my H1B tranfer ?
3. The owner of this new company have a success business in another state. Could that company file my Green Card petition for me ?
