I-907 的表格有三处不是很明白:

1. EB1-a 是DIY的，Part 1 最后一个选择到底应该是：You are the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Process, 还是选择You are the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing?

2. 另外在 Part 2 (3)里, Classification/Eligibility Requested该如何填写?

3. 在Part 2 (5)里, Beneficiary in the relating case 应该填写谁的名字( 是否要加配偶的)?
