代bf急问,I-20过期5个月(自己不知),怎么办?? 跪求帮助 deaf2006-12-05 04:50:17

我BF的I-20 expired on 6/30/2006,他今天才发现.(起因是去年回国被check,学校自动发了一份新的I-20,把日期弄错了,他也没有仔细看).他还有3个月就毕业了,可是现在身份属于out of status,怎么办可以把事情降低到最小伤害啊? 请好心人给与指点,如果您是律师,对这方面有经验,愿意接手这件事,我们愿意按正常标准付费.谢谢谢谢.

BTW,BF今天办opt发现这件事情,一下子发烧到39度,好可怜,求大家帮忙.
