I recently received the approval for my Canadian PR application and plan to land in Vancouver to complete the last step. Meantime, I also plan to get my h-1B visa stamped on passport after that.
However, since I will not have a maple card, may I use the certificate of permanent residency to meet the proof requirement of legal status in Canada in order to apply for H-1B visa stamp in US Consulate General Vancouver?
Also, regarding the evidence of qualifications, do I have to request each of my previous employers to issue me a letter of certificate to substantiate my experience.
