When the company filed the L/C for me, that was for the next level position with 15% more pay than my current position.
now my 140 is approved, am I entitled to request such position/salary adjustment? Or I need to wait for the 485 approval first?
My employer is a public traded company with fine financial condition. HR was doing thing all by the book when working on the immigration cases. I assume such adjustment would be mandatory, is that correct?
