我搜索了前面的贴子，也没找到最后的答案。我的４８５已经file3年了，现在我要换新的家庭住址，可是把case number输入后出现了这样的信息：
１Case Status Retrieval Failed
２Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.
想问问我该怎么做，这种情况是表示他们在审查我的材料吗?有过类似情况的朋友，你们的４８５后来批准了还是搁置了?
