My mom just came back from Wuhan 中信银行. The bank refused to take her case because she does not meet the condition that "you should stay longer in china than you stayed in US". My mom stayed here for 6 months and came back in August. The bank says that she must stay in china for at least 6 months before she is eligible for 代签. The US embassy website does not have this requirement. Anyone knows why?
