Hi there,

I have the following concerns:

1).I got a state government job offer recently. Does H1B cap apply to the government organization (non-profit, but it may be considered as a research organization) ? Right now I am working for a university with H1B.
2). I filed I140 petition, but it is still pending. Will my H1b transfer interfere with my I140 petition?
