application on Sep.The code is ASC 3. Now, I received another letter saying I need to do the fingerprint again for the I765, ASC code 2. Do I have to do this? I am out of town and cannot make it. I sent in the I485 first, and after 2 month, sent in the I765 application.

if your I-485 base on EB,you don't need to do so unless
