This morning I just learnt my I-140 NIW has been approved by checking USCIS online case status service. Some related information:

RD: 09/25/06 NSC
ND: 09/29/06 TSC
AD: 12/21/06 TSC

No LUD

Hopefully the February VB will give good news.
