I'm filling out these forms for visa stamp application in Canada and I am a little confused on some of the items. I'm currently on H1B and reside in the US
On form 7769(DS157):
- Full name in Native Alphabet: Does that mean Chinese characters or shall I just use pin yin?
On form DS156:
#15 - Home address: Should that my address in China or my current residential address in the States?
On form DS158
#4 - Permanent Home Address: Should that be my address in China or my current residential address in the States?
#7 - List at Least Two Contacts in Applicant's Country of Residence Who Can Verify Information About Applicant:
Does that mean two contacts in China or in the States where I reside?
If anyone still remembers how you filled these out, can you let me know? Thanks a lot!
