Xiao bai tu and all other expert,

I have filed a concurrent H1B from Company B. I made a mistake on the I-129 form. IRS thought I was oversea and now the approval notice does not have I-94 and looks like I will have to go back to China to get an I-94. I called the 1-800 number and the lady was not really helping and saying that I shall go back to China to do an entry by using this H1B to straight things out.

My question is could I do a I129 amendment and write an explaination letter to IRS and get my approval notice corrected (a new approval), Is there any alternative besides going back to China to get it right.

I have my primary H1B valid.

Thank you very much for your help.
