LC Approved 10/10/2001 (Priority Date)
I-140 Approved 03/27/2002
I-485 Filed 05/15/2002 (receipt date)
FP 07/2002, 11/2003, 02/2006
Called 1-800 number MANY times, wrote to TSC 3 times, got two reply, all says case was still pending
Priority Date became current 09/2006
Used InfoPass for an appointment in local USCIS office, was told my NC was not cleared
Mandamus Case filed 11/27/2006
I-485 approved 12/18/2006 (e-mail notice)
Cards received on 12/23/2006 (好一份圣诞礼物!)
