Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed, blah blah...
Some friends argued this piece of info can mean anything, from approval, rejection, or RFE document, FP notice etc. It is just so weird that USCIS uses this sentence to mean something.
I called USCIS and a lady told me that she was 100% sure that my 485 was approved. She judged from the literal words. My attorney didn't know the result either.
Any updates from anybody who received this confusing info?
