I am going to apply my H1-B stamp in Canada. My company will my LC in January.

On DS-156, there is a question "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?" If by the time when I apply my H1, my company already ted my LC application. I should answer "YES" for this question, right?
