“You must establish you are not seeking a national interest waiver based on a shortage of qualified workers in a given field, regardless of the nature of the occupation. The national interest waiver in not warranted solely for the purpose of the ameliorating a local labor shortage.”
我引用了三封推荐信里面的内容。
1. 3. His abilities and experiences are so unique that it would be hard to find an American scientist to replace him.
我不知道我列的三条支持了ＵSCIS要求的没有。这三条能用吗？大家都是怎么证明的啊。 非常感谢！
