Dear Brothers and Sisters,

My EB3 PD is 08/2005. Since EB3 moves too slowly, thinking about switching to EB2. My EB2 lawyer said it is OK for new EB2 to use EB3 PD, encouraging us to do so (make more money). I consulted with several other lawyers, they said no. EB2 and EB3 are completely independent and saperate. Any ideas?
