Happy New Year everybody.

I am H1b, I-485 pending. I would like to invite my son some USA with H4. I have several question:
1. After my H1 expired (6 year), what status should I apply for my son?
2. During my 485 pending, could I apply I-485 for my son (I didn’t add his name on my 485 list)?
3. Or only after I get GC, I can apply I-485 for my son?
4. After I apply I-485 for my son, could I AP for him the same time?
5. How long time my son need to wait for his GC?
