Did you notice that recently there are some posts about e-filing I-140 and their cases were sent to TSC? Do you have any idea if this is just a 50% chance or all the e-filing will go to TSC? What are the advantage and disadvantages for e-filing?
I think this information would be very helpful for people who try to get their cases sent to TSC and try to increase the chance of approval.
