I came to US as a F1. Now, I'm on H1B.

My I-140 got approved several months ago, but I have NOT I-485 yet (waiting for priority date to be current).

I want to go back China within a couple of months. May I apply for Advanced Parole before I leave? If not, may I apply for H1B visa in Mexico (I haven't travelled outside US since I came to US)?
