We are allowed to file I140 and I485 concurrently. For I485 application:
1.Shall I and my wife file I485 seperately?
2.DO we need medical examination before I485 application? Is it expensive?
3.Whether the I485 application will be held on by USCIS until I140 is approved? or Both are processed concurrently?
