My paper was cited by other author,thus for paper citation in 140 process,do I need send the original paper (which cited my paper) with reference,or just reference part of the paper?
我的文章被别人的文章引用过,那么我在递交140材料时,需要递交那些引用我文章的别人的文章的原文,还是只要递交reference part of the paper就成?因为有些文章能够找到reference part但是找不到原文(至少到今天还没有找到).这样一来,reference part可以证明材料充分吗?谢谢.
