我今年刚办了公民，想给我母亲办绿卡，关于1-130表有以下问题，希望大家能帮助：
1) 我母亲现在USA, 她的签证下个月到期，如果我这个月寄上1-130， 在拿到绿卡之前， 是否她就可以合法的留在美国？在这期间，我是否还要申请签证延期？
2) 除了I-130， 我的公民复印件，我的出生证明， 还用交其他证件吗？如：照片，护照 等。。。
3) under “information about your relative” 第二个问题是 “address”, 是否应该填中国的地址？还是美国的地址？
4) 关于第 22 个问题 “Completed the information if your relative is in the united states and will apply for adjustment of status”, 我在加州，是否应该填 “San francisco, CA” 还是应该不填？
