I really all your help, experience about 140/485 application.

I filed RIR in Jan. 2004 and got my labor certification in April 2006. In Sept. 2005, I filed 140/485 concurrently via NIW. I140 was approved and now waiting for visa number. Now I want to file another 140 via labor certification. Can I connect my old 485 application to my new 140 application? If it does, how should I do it? My old 485 is pending in TSC. Does anybody have this kind of experience? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
