about the OPT and H1 Gap alwaysmoving2007-01-14 00:23:08

I have gap between the end of grace period of OPT and Oct 1 when H1 is effective. I will apply for H1 this April, and
1. If I go back to China after the OPT grace period ends, how easy it is to apply for visa in Beijing? Any one has some idea? I have bad records, rejected three times.
2. If I try to go back to school, is there a limitation for the school/program? Currently, I just want to go to some community school's under graduate program. But I have master degree in US.
