Yesteday I asked two questions (see below). You said "1 yes and 2 no."
By "2 no", does it mean that my pending case will NOT become INVALID if I work now in a hospital that is not the sponsor of 140 and 485? Need to decide soon whether to accept the job offer. The sponsor cannot let me start working now, but can continue the sponsorship. The 140 and 485 were filed about 3 months ago.
I just received 485-based EAD today. If I can take the job offer, should I use OPT workpermit or the new EAD?

"I am a nurse student with license. A big hospital sponsored me to file 140 and 485. I am still waiting for 140 approval and the renewable EAD.
The question is that the hospital is reluctant to let me start working until I get the greencard. They probabbly do not know how long it will take to get the greencard! So I am not working. The hospital currently still wishes to continue the sponsorship, but they suggest me to work in other hospitals while waiting for my greencard.
Question 1: If I keep waiting and do not work, can I switch to another hospital after 180 days after filing 485?
Question 2: If I work in another hospital now on my OPT, (now the 180 days have not passed yet), will that make my pending case invalid?
The greencard sponsorship is propspective, so I do not need to be working at the sponsor, right?
I am really in a dire situation. Cannot work on H1 (as all nurses cannot). Can hardly trnsfer to F1 (already filed 485). Paid a lot of fee in study."
