I ted I140 application in August last year. I have no any news so far. I just compared two immigration centers at http://immigrationwatch.com/immi_predict_form.jsp.
I seclected:
Service Center: Nebraska/Texas

Unbeliavable results as below:
Crazy Nebraska Service Center:
Percentage of cases filed around your filing date which have been approved: 7.32%

Texas Service Center:
Percentage of cases filed around your filing date which have been approved: 84.14%
The average waiting time at this center of your filing year is:
31 (days)
Can anybody explain??? As customers, we paid same money, but had different service. Can I sue Nebraska Service Center due to their bad service???
