Can TN or TD or H4 holder do business in USA? THKS CANADA1G62007-01-16 15:56:25

I am a Canadian Citizen. My hu*****and recently found a job in USA. He is working under TN and will change to H1. I have a job in Canada, currently on Maternity Leave. I am thinking of joining my hu*****and with my baby after my Mat Leave is over, but not sure yet. Not sure what i can do in USA.

My question:

"Is it possible for me to open a business in USA? If i cannot do it with TD or H4, then what kind of Visa do i need and it is difficult to get?"
