1. Do not blame lawyers on giving ambiguous answers. Lawyers are not superman which can predict what the immigration officer is thinking, when he or she reviews your case. For same question, I called INS officers several times and each time I got different answers. How can you expect your lawyer to give a definite answer?

2. Money
I paid a lawyer $38/hr and I got some advice of nonsense. Then I paid $150/hr for another lawyer, whose comment was professional and now it proves he is right. "No cheap advice from lawyer" that is what I have learned.

3. I called six lawyers and three of them give me correct answer. Two of the three even shows me the origin of the law (8 Code of Federal Regulation about immigration). Among the two, one is European Americal and one is chinese-born. Race is not a factor.
