USCIS service rep on the phone just told me she saw nothing about "name check" on my case status.
Local officer told me my case was "name check" pending at the InfoPass 2 months ago.
So how can I get an official record regarding my status being "name check" pending?
Any thoughts please? Thanks a bunch in advance.
