I'm a H1b visa holder. I have applied for 140 through NIW and got approved. Now I'm waiting for ting 485 when PD is up. If I my 485 in the future but it's stuck at either NC or somewhere, can I still withdraw my 485 application and change to F1 when I go to school later on. Thanks.
