Hi,

I'm a naturalized citizen and would like to apply for a green card for my sister. My question is, during the process, which could take a loooong time for a 4th preference relative, would she have trouble getting a non-immigrant visa to enter the U.S. (such as an E visa or even F1 visa)?

And normally how long does this process take?
