Section 104(c) of AC21 permits extensions of H-1B status past the 6th year
in three-year increments where:
(1) An I-140 petition has been approved on the beneficiary's behalf; and
(2) The beneficiary is unable to obtain permanent residence because a visa
number is unavailable.

人？
如果我的485交了，卡在name check，不属于上述的第（2）点，所以我只能用AC21 106
(a)每次延期一年。Am I right？
