where to file I-765 morequestion2007-01-29 19:45:49

Hi,

When I am filing the EAP application form (I-765), the instruction says "You may file Form I-765 together with your Form I-485." But in the "Where to file" section, it lists another address for family-based category (my category is c-9, based on my wife). Can I file I-765 together with my 485? I checked the local office website, it says they don't accept I-765 any more but I need to send my 485 application package to the local office. So I am getting conflicting messages here.

Could someone please help me? Should I file my I-765 together with my 485? Thanks.
