EB3 485 approved! xxj1002007-01-30 21:22:57

Our 485 finally got approved on 1/27/07. I would like to share some info to you guys. Hopefully all of you can get the approval sooner.

Labor Certificate: 7/19/2002
I140 and 485 co-filing: 8/25/2003
First fp: 11/20/2003
I140 approved: 2/18/2004
485 RFE: 1/20/2005
EB3 retro begins: 12/2004
waiting, waiting, and waiting..............
Priority date becomes current: 11/2006.
Second fp notice: 11/9/2006
I485 approved: 1/27/07

Spent 4.5 years on this thing, sigh!
I felt that USCIS is much faster than before. It has taken about 2 months to justify my case since PD becomes current.

Good luck to everyone. We will get there just in matter of time and patience.

USCIS is fast as long as your NC is cleared.
