I e-filed my I-140 (EB1A) on 1/24, then I noticed LUD 1/25, 1/28, 1/30, 2/1, but the status is still no change. What is going on. Actually I want to use premium process, but I didn't receive their I-797 notice form yet. Really worry about it. It's already 8 days. Does a mail need that long time to get to here from TSC?
