Received Approval email from TexasPremium.Processing at 6:13PM on 2/6/07
Since the USCIS online status was not updated, I was very doubtful that my
case was approved only one hour after PP upgrading .So I send email to
TexasPremium.Processing to confirm on 2/8/07. Unfortunately, I received an
email on 2/9 which says it was an error in their system and my case has not
been approved. I was pretty mad at them, so I sent an email to them and
complained their mistake made me very upset. They replied that they will
pass my email on, and that is it.
Received RFE email and fax on 2/13/07. The RFE was very clear, it asked me
to provide evidence that I was coming to the U.S. to continue work in the
area of expertise. Those evidence includes: letters from prospective
employers, evidence of prearranged commitments such as contracts, or a
statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how I intent to continue
my work in the U.S.
Sent a propective employer's letter to TSC on 2/16/07.
Received Response email from CRIS on 2/22/07, which says my case processing
has been resumed.
Received Approval email from CRIS on 2/27/07.
Recieved Approval notice receipt I-797 from TSC on 3/1/07.
Filed 485/AP for me on 3/1/07 to TSC.
FIled 485/EAD for LP on 3/1/07 to TSC.
The USCIS online status was updated on 3/5/07, which indicates that 485/AP/
EAD cases were received.
Recieved FP appointment notice(3/28, code 3) on 3/18/07.
FP on 3/28/07, LUD on 3/29/07.
AP approved on 3/29/07, received I-131 on 4/3/07.
Filed EAD for myself on 4/13/07.
LP's EAD approved on 5/3/07, received card on 5/7/07.
My EAD approved on 5/14/07, received card on 5/22/07.
Both my 485 and my LP's 485 LUD on 7/31/07.
Received Card production ordered email on 8/9/07, LUD on 8/10/07
Received Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident email on 8/10/07
Received Approval notice sent email on 8/15/07.
Received two GC cards on 8/16/07.
So far, two 485 Approval notice haven't been received yet. I am still
wondering when I can get them.
