Dear Xiaobaitu,

如何尽快工作？尽快恢复身份？

我的老婆自5年前认识我以后就意外丢了学生身份，我们虽未注册结婚，却已经有2个小孩。我刚获批绿卡，请问有何途径可以帮她尽快恢复身份？至少能工作。
1． 是否可以找公司担保出H1-B?
2． 我马上递I-130（又要涨价了），但我才拿绿卡，是否要等90天后在递交？
3． 等我5年后入籍后再递I-130，I-485, I-601,但不知申请豁免的I-601有多少把握。
4． 她原来已经有了工卡，但不知是否可以工作？

I think it's very difficult,almost impossible
