I am planning to apply for NIW-EB2. I have a Ph.D. degree, for some reason when I took the current job, it's job deion didn't change , it still need B.S. degree as an research assistant when we did H-1B LCA. I thought they want to get a lower salary.
Now my question is can I just use the employment letter from our research office say this job need M.S. +4 years experiences to go with my NIW package to satisfy this requirments, or I need to ask my employer to get a new job deion. I am confused. Thanks.
