I am originally from Ethiopia. I ted my permanent residence visa application on Feb. 08, 2005 to Canadian Embassy in Paris. I am now in Canada for PhD study, and my case is still in process in Paris. Can anybody give me some suggestion on how to facilitate my case? I thank you very much in advance!
