请问xiaobaitu等专家. I used AP to go back china last year. When I came back, I got a new I-94 card. There is a time stamp on the I-94 card, which is different from the one I got when I first time came here. There is no "status of duration" stamp. Time stamp seems only valid for 1 year. Do I have to renew AP to keep my status. My I-485 is pending and I am also on H-1. Thanks.
