I have changed a job from A to B in Jan, 2007. The original expiration date of H-1B for job A is 2008. B is applying H-1B for me and we got H-1B receipt and I started to work for B. We are still waiting fro H-1B final approval. Now, I want to switch to job C. They are asking me all previous H-1B approvals. Should I also give them the recent H-1B receipt? I kind of don't want them know that I started job B.
Will there any gap problem for my case if second H-1B will be applied while first one still pending?
By the way, both H-1Bs for B and C are not quote limited.
