EB1B I485 pending over 1 year, want to change job. Two questions: is it necessary to inform INS about the job change. One of my friends told me it is not arbitrary to do so until INS requires such informaiton. 2) Is it ok to change the job title? Currently research scientist in a company, want to change to a research engineer in a big company. Research will be similar in the filed of engineering. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
