Dear all know-how DA Xia,
I plan to Eb-1b I-140 premium process, please hlep me to decide what strategy I should take. My understanding of PP is if I-140 and I-485 concurrently, I donot have to wait for available visa number, if I I-140 first, I won't be able to I-485 until a vsa number is available. Am I right?
My background,
1) 15 papers, most are first authored,one patent
2) >100 citations,
3) instructor at a very reputable university medical college
4) Nature review highlighted one paper,
5) A few media reports of one paper,
6) My research work is in discussion with a company for possible
collaboration or Tech transfer.
7) one journal review, letter from Editor-in-chief
