我现在cpt,有公司想要雇佣我，但是要到opt开始才算是正式的雇员，如果学校同意，他们可以现在就hire我成为正式雇员吗?这样合法吗？
如果，五月份开始opt,他们可以在4月份就提交H1申请吗?
