有没有NIW, PD:1/30/2004, I485, RD:6/8/2005, 1ST FP:10/22/2005，case在California center至今毫无动静的苦命等待的XDJM? 请教各位，有什么高招？我的6年H1B也要到期了。

不要气馁。可以用EAD工作。ME:140(8/2004,3/2005approved)
